Impressive Service and Attention to Detail
When I called Unlockit I talked to a live person. She was friendly and helpful in understanding my needs. When the technician came he was professional and I was impressed by his attention to detail and perfection. He installed 3 locks and 3 dead bolts. When he was finished all of the locks and dead bolts worked smoothly without having to push or pull the door. He also cleaned up very well after the service. I would definitely recommend this compay. Unlock-It provides professional, courteous service from the moment you call to schedule an appointment thru the work and to the return call to make certain everything was satisfactory. Eli, the security specialist, responded on time and without haste re-keyed 16 locks. There were two old, difficult locks that he removed. Then Eli worked with me to get two new locks that fit my needs. I would recommend Eli and the company to anyone and would certainly use them again. Thank you!

Pardon the pun but this company stayed true to their word, these reviews and the services that they provide! Service is very much a distinguishing factor in any industry and Unlockit has proven that they can stand above the rest. It was great being able to speak to a live person to detail my needs. I was able get recommendations that saved some dollars while still ensuring that my home got rekeyed and locks changed and adjusted perfectly. The service agent was very polite and professional, went the extra mile even in fixing a stiffened door ....and gave me keying options as well. The communication then and with the company itself was excellent and I am absolutely pleased with the results. Keep their number on file!
Fast, Friendly, Fair Pricing
I called the company to have two deadbolts installed. A live person actually answered my call, took our information and by that afternoon completed the installation. Nice company, nice people, would highly recommend.

First Class Company
We recently had our locks re-keyed and a few dead bolts added. The company is first class from the front office to the field tech, to the owner. They showed up on time, completed the job in a professional manner, and cleaned up as promised. About 3 hours after the technician left our home, a lady from the office gave a follow up call to see if we were completely satisfied with the work and company. In todays climate of poor service, Unlockit is a breath of fresh air. They also offer 24 hour emergency service. |
