Locks and doors, like any mechanism with moving parts, will inevitably wear and degrade over time, so when calls start coming in about a jammed lock, faulty key, or door coming off the hinges, we'll send one of our technicians out with the right parts and tools to tackle the problem.
Move In/Move Out Rekeying
When tenants are in the midst of moving and you need to provide new keys for the space, we're here for you. Rekeying means changing the pin combination within the lock so that old keys will no longer operate it. The door hardware remains the same, we simply “change the key.”
Lockouts
In the event that you're locked out of a tenant space and the tenant isn't available to open it for you, you can call Unlockit. We'll let you know when we can have a technician out to your location and get you back on track as quickly as possible.
Evictions
Evictions are a stressful part of property management, but Unlockit is here to alleviate some of that stress. We'll set an appointment to meet with you and law enforcement at the time of the eviction and arrive promptly and discreetly to get the job done.
Lockboxes & Knox Boxes
When it’s necessary to have keys on site for personnel, a high quality lockbox is the best option. Unlockit installs, maintains, and changes codes for lockboxes. We also install Knox Boxes that firefighters and paramedics use in the event of an emergency.
